Placing an order
All orders require a twenty percent booking deposit payable upon order placement. All items must be paid for in full, prior to dispatch
Delivery
Smaller items are generally kept in stock and are dispatched
3-5 working days after receipt of payment. Draught equipment and installations
are ready for dispatch 10-15 working days after receipt of payment.
Warranty
Premier Bar Hire products come with a twelve month
warranty. This warranty covers defective parts that are a direct fault
of compromised workmanship. Mistreatment or misuse of items will not
be covered under warranty.
Payment
Premier Bar Hire Ltd accept all major credit cards,
bank drafts, postal money orders and monry transfers as valid forms
of payment.
Refunds
All faulty goods must be reported to our offices within
30 days of receipt.
Premier Bar Hire Ltd has a professional team available to rectify any problem that should arise immediately. A cash refund is only possible when the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
